THE ART OF STILLNESS: Finding Sweet Silence in a Loud World
The Truth:
When you choose to practice meditation, it’s an enormous benefit to first establish a map that guides you to the destination. This map includes the various practices that you link together to form your personalized meditation process. The destination is the same for all, but its these customized methods that open you to the destination of your innermost self. Know that one form of meditation practice does not fit all. YOU have the power to customize your meditation practice to what works for you. It is 100% your choice. In my eyes, this is a beautiful thing.
How to begin
Learning and practicing various ‘sample’ meditation practices in a supportive group setting, like in this workshop with Eric, is a wonderful way to test-drive the various practices and experience them for yourself. You’ll see which techniques work well or don’t work well for you. With this gained insight, you will be better equipped to establish and evolve your own optimal series of meditation techniques that will effectively navigate you through the different stages of a meditation practice.
What are these Stages of Meditation
The basic message in practicing these 5 stages is that for 99% of people, it is very difficult to sit down and transition directly into a state of meditation. Most benefit from FIRST ‘balancing’ they’re physical, emotional and mental energies through practices like asana, withdrawing of the 5 senses, breath exercises, visualisations and mantra repetition FIRST to gently ease themselves into a state of meditation.
In attending this workshop for beginner and experienced meditators alike, you will gain various techniques for each meditation stage to increase your confidence in developing and evolving a meditation practice designed for YOU! From there…the magic takes over.

Eric first discovered Yoga Nidra guided meditative practices in 2008 and became a Yoga Nidra guide and teacher internationally. This transitioned into the development of a seated self meditation practice with the guidance of his spiritual teacher, Peter Marchand, since 2018. Since then, his meditation practices and teachings have expanded to include various tantric and yogic techniques for meditation that have enabled him to ‘let go’ more easily in both meditation practices and in daily life. His vision now is to share his teachings with anyone interested in living more holistically and realizing happiness and peace from within.
